For Law Enforcement Agencies
Your story will be told.
Make sure you're
the one telling it.
Public trust is not automatic — it's earned through consistent, transparent, and credible communication. When an incident makes the news, when the community has questions, when perception gaps threaten your mission, how you communicate determines what happens next. We help agencies take control of that conversation.
Talk to Our TeamHow We Help
We speak the language of public safety — and we know how the media does too.
Our team includes former broadcast journalists, Emmy Award-winning producers, and communications strategists who have spent careers inside newsrooms — which means we know exactly how a story gets told, and exactly how to help you shape it first.
Be ready before the call comes
When an incident breaks, your first statement sets the tone for everything that follows. We build your response framework in advance — so command staff can communicate quickly, accurately, and with authority, even while the situation is still unfolding.
Walk into any press conference without hesitation
Former broadcast journalists train your command staff and PIOs to deliver clear, credible statements under pressure — controlling the message, anticipating follow-up questions, and preventing a difficult moment from becoming a damaging one.
Give residents a reason to pick up the phone
When the community knows and trusts your officers, tips come in faster, cooperation increases, and public safety messaging travels farther. We design campaigns that build that relationship long before you need it.
Let people see who your officers really are
Broadcast-quality video — from drone cinematography to social-native short-form — that humanizes your department, highlights community partnerships, and shows residents the officers behind the badge.
Meet your community where they already are
We manage platform strategy and content that grows your audience and deepens engagement — so when you need to push a safety alert, an Amber Alert, or a critical update, people are already listening and sharing.
Speak with one voice — from the chief to the PIO
Inconsistent messaging creates confusion and erodes credibility. We build the message architecture that keeps your department aligned and your communications authoritative — from daily posts to city council testimony.

Atlanta Public Safety Training Center
Crisis Communications & Narrative Strategy — City of Atlanta
Challenge
Before the first wall went up, the proposed training facility for Atlanta police officers and firefighters had become the center of a national controversy. Organized protest groups and civil rights organizations were calling for the project's cancellation, city meetings were disrupted, and the public narrative was being controlled entirely by opposition voices. Construction equipment was targeted by arsonists. The project was under attack — literally and in the court of public opinion.
Approach
Brought in mid-crisis, we built a crisis communications framework from scratch — preparing city and department spokespersons, managing media inquiries, and developing a proactive message strategy that reframed the conversation around the facility's actual mission: better-trained officers and firefighters, and safer outcomes for the communities they serve. We addressed legitimate public questions directly while keeping the city's voice consistent and credible under sustained pressure.

South Fulton Police Department
2026 Communicator Awards — Award of Excellence & Two Awards of Distinction
Challenge
In an environment where police agencies across the country face intense public scrutiny, South Fulton PD needed to reconnect with the community — not through press releases, but through authentic, human-centered engagement that met residents where they are.
Approach
We developed the "Say Twin" campaign — a culturally relevant, humor-driven content strategy grounded in language Atlantans recognize. The campaign delivered real public safety information in a format that felt approachable, shareable, and distinctly local. Like any innovative idea, it faced early skepticism. It worked anyway.

Media Training & Digital Strategy
Challenge
The department needed to rebuild community engagement through a modern digital and content strategy that humanized officers and reached residents across the platforms where public opinion is actually formed.
Approach
We built and executed a full social media and content strategy — producing culturally relevant campaigns distributed across digital platforms with targeted media support, spokesperson training, and ongoing message management.
