SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to text messages (SMS) sent by Lexicon Strategies, LLC ("Lexicon Strategies," "we," "us," or "our"), including messages about events we organize with or for our clients. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Program Description
We send text messages about listening sessions, meetings, and events you have registered for. These may include:
• registration confirmations;
• reminders before the event;
• changes to the date, time, location, or meeting link; and
• follow-up information about the event you attended.
We will not send you marketing or promotional text messages unless you have separately agreed to receive them.
How You Opt In
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the text message consent box when you register for an event, or by texting a keyword we publish for a specific event. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to register for any event or to use our services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by event.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. Lexicon Strategies does not charge you for text messages.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT, or let us know by emailing admin@lexiconstrategies.com. After you opt out, we will send one message confirming it, and we will not text you again unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers and Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device, and coverage, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or received on time.
Your Mobile Number
You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll it. If you change or give up your number, please reply STOP from that number or let us know so we can remove it.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the aggregators and providers that deliver our text messages. We use your mobile number only to send messages about the program you opted in to.

Limitation of Liability
Text messages are provided as a convenience. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexicon Strategies is not responsible for messages that are delayed, not delivered, or sent to a number provided in error, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this text messaging program.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
