Dave Huddleston is a partner at Lexicon Strategies. Dave focuses on media, messaging, and strategic communication.
His clients are some of the biggest agencies in Georgia including the City of Atlanta, the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), Henry County, and the largest school district in the state - Gwinnett County Public Schools. In addition to strategic communication, Dave has led countless hours of media training sessions for C-Suite staff and executive leadership teams for some of the state’s largest agencies and companies.
From 2012 to 2023, Dave was a television anchor and reporter in Atlanta at ABC’s highest-rated station in the country. One of the key reporters for significant events, he played a leadership role in reporting on national historical events, including the January 6th attack on the Capitol, the 50th Anniversary of the March on Washington, as well as Presidential, Gubernatorial, and national and state elections.
Dave has won several Emmy awards including best anchor, continuing coverage, and special reports. He's worked in several news markets including Seattle, Minneapolis, and Philadelphia, before making Atlanta his home.
A graduate of Washington State University, Dave has been a foundation trustee for his alma mater and a member of the university’s communications advisory board. A true believer in giving back, Dave joined Be The Match, the national bone marrow registry, and has donated bone marrow to a 17-year-old with leukemia. He sat on the BTM board for 3 years.
