Sarah Weston is a Partner at Lexicon Strategies, where she leads strategic communications and real estate initiatives for clients across the country. A senior advisor with more than 15 years of experience, she brings boundless energy and intellectual curiosity to every challenge, making her equally adept at launching real estate developments, repositioning corporate brands, and orchestrating complex public relations campaigns.
At Lexicon, Weston leads communications for RocaPoint Partners' transformative projects, including the $1B reimagining of Greenville County Square, and is currently working with Trammell Crow Company on its data center developments in Georgia, along with additional developers on projects across the country. She advises clients navigating entitlement processes and engagement with local governments, helping shape the public narrative around complex, community-facing developments. She also serves as Communications Director for Showcase, Mayor Andre Dickens' initiative to ensure major global events happen with Atlanta, not to it.
Earlier in her career, at her previous firm, Weston served in senior leadership and directed strategic communications for some of commercial real estate's most prominent companies, including Hines, Portman Holdings and Wood Partners. She has been instrumental in launching and positioning landmark developments that are reshaping metropolitan landscapes, including the $5B+ Centennial Yards redevelopment and mixed-use destinations such as Halcyon, Assembly, and Summerhill.
Her expertise spans diverse property types and initiatives, from luxury RV parks, a global philanthropic conference, and film studios to construction firms and wellness destinations. As a longtime communications partner for JLL Southeast, she developed and executed thought leadership strategies across multiple real estate verticals. Weston's media relations work has secured high-impact coverage in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and other national outlets, with stories ranging from innovative office technologies and open-container ordinances to major deal announcements and creative property marketing campaigns. She has been particularly instrumental in creating community-centered narratives that build authentic connections between developments and their neighborhoods, including art programs and service projects that meaningfully engage local residents.
Throughout her career, Weston has guided organizations through complex entitlements processes, repositioning initiatives, and crisis management programs. Her philosophy centers on authentically shaping narratives that resonate with audiences wherever they are, leading to meaningful engagement and lasting impact. This approach was exemplified in her leadership of a major EV brand launch that generated 682 global media placements reaching 7 billion readers. As an Accredited Public Relations professional (APR), she brings both strategic vision and tactical excellence to every client engagement.
A recognized industry leader, Weston was named to Auburn University's 20 Under 40 Class (2024) and the Atlanta Business Chronicle's 40 Under 40 (2026). She serves on the boards of Atlanta Children's Day Shelter, NAIOP Georgia and ULI Atlanta. Her honors include PRSA Georgia's Rising Star and Shining Star awards.
When she's not developing strategies for clients, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Will, their sons, and their dog, Harper.
