Bryan Leavoy, Partner, is an award-winning storyteller, content producer, and audience growth expert who helps organizations turn complex issues into compelling narratives that capture attention, build trust, and inspire action. With nearly three decades of experience spanning journalism, digital media leadership, and integrated marketing, Bryan specializes in helping businesses, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations create content that resonates with audiences and delivers measurable results.
Bryan’s expertise is rooted in content production and audience engagement. He develops integrated content strategies that connect storytelling, social media, video, digital marketing, and audience growth to help organizations strengthen their brands and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders. His work spans content strategy, social media growth, audience development, brand messaging, media relations, crisis communications, video production, and digital engagement. An accomplished visual storyteller, Bryan is also an FAA Part 107-certified drone pilot, bringing advanced aerial photography and videography capabilities to content creation and marketing campaigns.
Prior to joining Lexicon, Bryan spent more than 20 years in broadcast and digital media, including serving as Managing Editor at WSB-TV in Atlanta, the nation’s highest-rated ABC affiliate and one of the nation’s most visited local news websites. There, he led content strategy, audience development, and social media growth efforts that generated more than half a billion page views annually while helping build the Southeast's most-followed local news social media platforms. He was also an early adopter of social media advertising and digital audience targeting, managing seven-figure advertising budgets and pioneering innovative approaches to digital engagement.
A nine-time Emmy Award-winning journalist, Bryan has produced thousands of live television newscasts, covered historic events from Super Bowls to presidential elections, and developed award-winning news and sports programming. His most recent Emmy Award came in 2025 for Recovery is Real: Stories of Hope, a statewide awareness campaign developed by Lexicon Strategies in partnership with the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). The project featured 15 Georgians sharing their recovery journeys to help reduce stigma around mental health and substance use disorders while promoting the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. His experience leading high-performing newsroom teams and navigating fast-moving news cycles provides a unique perspective on message development, media relations, crisis communications, and content strategy.
A native of Buffalo, New York, and a graduate of Indiana University, Bryan is also the president of Lumberjack Media. He lives in Fayette County with his wife and two daughters and serves as a coach for the Legacy Elite Lady Raiders girls flag football program in South Fulton County.
